Abyss

Abyss Headphones is a division of JPS Labs LLC, founded by Joe Skubinski in 1990. Originally an audio cable company, JPS Labs expanded into high-performance headphones with the launch of Abyss. In 2013, Skubinski introduced the AB-1266, which quickly gained recognition as one of the best headphones ever made.

Manufactured in the USA, Abyss headphones are CNC machined, hand-assembled, and finished using premium materials like Alcantara, lambskin, and Ultrasuede. They feature patented planar speaker drivers for speaker-like sound performance. The AB-1266 is available in three packages: Lite, Phi Deluxe, and Phi Complete, with the higher-end packages offering additional accessories and upgraded cables.
