We're here to simplify your life, make it more enjoyable, and fill it with great music! Our store, located in central Bury St Edmunds, has 3 demo rooms designed to make you feel at home. These private, comfortable spaces are available for you to audition equipment without pressure or distraction. Tea or coffee is freely provided, and all we ask is that you bring some of your favourite music - any format or genre, we don't judge! Whether you're a music enthusiast, a Hi-Fi aficionado, a committed audiophile, or simply looking for your first system and need inspiration and friendly advice - all are welcome.

Our store, situated in the wonderful medieval quarter of Bury St Edmunds, boasts 3 closed-door demo spaces, each designed to replicate different domestic living environments, and offering you a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere to audition your preferred equipment. We focus on creating a no-pressure experience, allowing you to explore your musical preferences at your own pace, and whilst complimentary tea or coffee is readily available, I will not be offended if you opt to bring your own Costa or Starbucks! To ensure the availability of your preferred equipment and a suitable demo suite, we highly recommend booking in advance. However, if you’re simply in the early stages of research and fancy an informal to chat, then you're more than welcome just to drop by anytime and we would be more than happy to share our expertise and answer any questions you may have.

Home audition & installation
Whilst the store provides the broadest choice and best availability of equipment, once you have found that 'special something', it's entirely understandable that you may wish to try it in the comfort of your own home. Whether you want to better assess its performance in situ, check how it integrates with your existing system, or simply to see that it meets your physical and aesthetic requirements, we are here to help. On request, we can arrange a suitable home demonstration, ensuring you can make an informed decision. Once you have made your choice, we can then offer delivery via fully insured courier or else a personal and comprehensive installation service. This includes unboxing, building furniture, installing the equipment, positioning, calibrating, and generally making sure everything is just how you like it – perfect! We even promise to take off our shoes in return for a cup of tea, so its all very civilised really!

We understand that audio equipment can have sentimental value, often being inherited or passed down from family members. Should a beloved piece of equipment fail or become unreliable, let us see if we can help. If it's possible, practical, and cost-effective to repair, we can explore the options together. Alternatively, we can advise on a suitable replacement and provide an audition accordingly. We know how important music is once it's part of your life, so let us help you get back on track as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Whether you visit us in-store or we come to you, the entire process is meticulously tailored to you.

3 | Purchase
Once you've reached a decision, it's time to place your order! Many products are available for immediate takeaway, so pop in or use our click-and-collect service. Some components, however, are built to specific requirements and crafted by artisans who hand-match components and solder everything under a microscope, which takes a bit longer. In these cases, we take a deposit with the balance payable on delivery, accepting all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
